About the Meeting Time Planner

Scheduling international meetings is one of the most common time-zone challenges faced by remote teams. Converting a single proposed time into every participant's local time is tedious and error-prone when done manually — especially near daylight saving transitions.

This tool converts a proposed meeting time from your home timezone into up to 12 major world timezones simultaneously. Select the zones relevant to your team, and the tool shows the day of week and local time for each location.

The tool uses the Intl.DateTimeFormat API built into modern browsers, which automatically accounts for daylight saving time rules for each timezone. No lookup tables or manual offset calculations are needed.

Ideal for distributed teams, international sales calls, and webinar scheduling. Simply adjust the time until you find a slot that works for everyone.

You may also find our World Clock, Time Zone Converter, and Hours Calculator helpful.

How to Use

  1. 1. Enter the meeting time in your own city.
  2. 2. Add the cities the other participants are in.
  3. 3. Compare the resulting local times to find a slot that works for everyone.
